Red cabbage emerging

On the 26th of March, we have sown seeds of red cabbage (rødkål, Brassica oleracea var. capitata f. rubra DC), from the following varieties :

• Holdbar amager Toftø

Today, they already look really nice !

The common thing between skateboarding and growing old kinds of vegetables is the infinite range of possibilites in the way things happen.

None of these old seeds are hybrid, and we can see that each small plant is particular, growing at a different speed and in a different direction. These seedlings offer us a great diversity, one of mother nature's most precious gifts to the world !

The germination rate of these four varieties appears to be close to 100%.
